Momentum Recruitment are currently seeking a Team Support Officer on behalf of Stoke-On-Trent City Council.
Salary: ££6.70 - £8.51 Per Hour
Location: Stoke on Trent
Areas: Stoke on Trent
Main Job Role:
To provide an efficient and effective Service Support service to designated teams within Children’s Social Care.
To provide an excellent customer service, displaying a ‘can do’ attitude, working with accuracy and speed.
To plan and execute duties as required which support the vision of the organisation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide a first point of contact and message service for telephone or reception enquiries.
To organise meetings and provide note taking service as required.
To produce forms and documents on templates and to produce typed material from handwritten copies and audio dictation tapes.
To receive, distribute and send post.
Carry out photocopying, collating and despatch of documents.
To carry out maintenance of filing systems.
To work flexibly to support teams as directed.
To undertake financial transactions as necessary.
To undertake any other administrative duties as required.
