Mr. khan enrolled and completed a Fully Funded Security SIA course with Momentum training. Through this Zen has secured employment with MITRE and is now thriving in his current job role of security officer.
Mr. Khan, by his own admission had reservations and doubts that he would not secure employment initially, but neither the less took it upon himself to enroll and try to gain a qualification in a sector which he was interested in. Prior to starting he was in two minds as to whether the course and its duration would be sustainable given the requirements but not letting this put him off, he enrolled and showed great determination, commitment and desire. Ensuring that he got up and attended each day he kept his motivation accordingly and ultimately found the course was enjoyable, rewarding and very informative.
Wanting to gain his SIA security badge, Zen kept to his commitments and achieved his SIA badge passing his exam and obtaining his SIA License. Must be stated that during my conversation he admitted that he only registered to prove to himself that he wanted to learn new skills and improve his employability chances by securing a recognized qualification, the desire and commitment showed as he emersed himself in his course and studies providing great feedback to the tutors Claire Bell & Antony Bailey for delivering a truly enjoyable training experience and even crediting the latter Antony with added praise for helping him through days when he was feeling down and not wanting to continue.
Despite facing these feelings and challenges Zen stuck at it and through this has secured employment and has been in continued employment ever since. Such is his work rate and skills Zen has now been offered the opportunity to attend MITRE’s management academy where he will continue his learning development and potentially become a leader, a truly great opportunity. Zen has nothing but praise for momentums courses and the opportunity presented including the caring support on a personal level from the tutors. In his own words, without the support, the belief and excellent care he wouldn’t be in employment right now but acknowledges that to succeed is a byproduct of his own desire and commitment.
